The mission of the WHS Early College Access Fund is to expand access to post-secondary opportunities by providing need-based financial support for Wamego High School students pursuing college coursework while in high school. Our goal is to ensure that financial circumstances do not prevent motivated students from getting an early start on their education and future pathway.Profile

Donations to this fund help students access concurrent and online general education college courses offered through our local college partners. These opportunities allow students to earn college credit while still in high school, explore their future pathways, and reduce the time and cost of earning a degree or credential after graduation.
Funds are distributed to students based on financial need, helping ensure that cost is not a barrier for students who are ready to take the next step.
